A set_feature_block request allows the user to add a new entry to the blocklist of incoming phone numbers currently blocked by the system. The information returned using a get_feature_blocklist method request can be used to help with a set_feature_block request.

username The user's login name
password The user's login password
id the id number of an entry on the blocklist (use "0" if this is a new entry)
snumber caller number (source number) to be blocked
description comment to be associated with this blocklist (optional)
