Have export include entire list

When I export from Telebroad Admin only the current page gets exported. I would like the entire list to be exported. For example, if I am on the Feature Codes page and I click on export, only the first 100 lines are exported, as the rest are on the second page. I have to click on the link for page 2, export that page as well, and then combine the two files. It would be easier for the export to have the entire list. Another solution would be to have an option to increase the number of lines displayed (i.e. 100, 500, All) so I can view them all before exporting.
