Repeat Dialing and Click-to-Call

Having to manually repeat dialing a number can be very tedious and time consuming for users or agents.


Telebroad takes the hassle out of this experience with a Repeat Dialing function. When an agent keeps running into a busy signal on a certain number all he needs to do is activate the function and hang up. He can keep making other calls while the system tries to reach the busy number in the background. When the busy number is reached, the system will connect it and ring the agent's extension.


For even more productivity and time saving, your agents will appreciate the click-to-call option of our integrations. An agent can call any number that appears in his address book or CRM records without ever needing to switch to an external telephony app or doing so manually.


Click-to-call functionality is available as an integration for Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoho CRM. It will also be soon available to SalesForce Windows users.


For any other web app you can use Telebroad's Click2Call (click to call). It is a Google Chrome browser extension that converts phone numbers on a web page into clickable quick dialing links and comes with its own time saving automatic dialing feature.
