If you forgot your password, first:
- Use your web browser to visit the Telebroad home page at www.telebroad.com
Click the "Login Here" link on the upper right corner. This will bring you to the App page, giving you access to many of TeleBroad's products and services.
Click the Analytics icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Or use your web browser to type in the following address, which will bring you directly to the login screen
Now click the “Forgot Password?” link and a new window will open where you will be asked to provide your email. If you make a typo you will get an error message saying "Email not found."
Instructions of how to reset the password will be then emailed to you.
Now, it is important to consider that the email with the instructions may arrive in your Spam folder. So first check to see if it is there. If you still don't see the email try sending it again from the Need Help? link as you may have made a mistake, entering an email that does exist in our database but belongs to someone else.
