Telebroad's Analytics is a collection of tools and web interfaces to help you manage and oversee your entire office phone system and enterprise from the convenience of your desk. As the name implied it provides statistical measurements of calls traffic, users' activity, and group loads. A detailed log of calls, with attached audio recordings, is also maintained for micro level administration capabilities.
Beyond that, Analytics provides real control with a live overview of all the active and holding calls displayed with relation to the groups they have been routed to. From this live overview you are able to perform operations such as manually reassigning holding calls to other available users or groups, record calls for later analysis, and listen in on calls for training and overseeing purposes.
