Group Intercom Paging

  Telebroad system features only work if you have an active Telebroad account! If you don't have one, please contact us to get you started with one of our service plans. Otherwise please contact Yealink support or your current business communication provider for assistance.


Group Intercom Paging allows you to deliver real-time announcements to multiple users.

 

By default, the feature will apply to all users connected to the system, but it is possible to customize separate groups (like certain departments, teams, or floors) for the group intercom. These groups will have a different dial code than the one discussed here! 

 

Group intercom is a one-directional communication method. You speak and the members of the group hear you but cannot talk back to you.


The Yealink W73P/W76P/W78P and CP935W phones have a bi-directional group intercom feature to communicate with DECT handsets/phones registered to the same base station.


To group intercom system users:


  • When your phone is idle, dial 333.

  • A voice prompt will ask you to speak your message.

  • As you speak, your message will be instantly played through the speakerphone of all the users connected to the system.

  • Hang up once you are finished relaying the message.
