To change your password you need to access your profile.
- Tap the person icon on the top right corner. The icon is available from any TeleConsole screen.
- If you changed your profile picture, the picture you selected will appear in place of the icon.
- Tap Edit Profile.
- In the Edit Profile screen enter a new password into the New field.
- Re-enter the password in the Verify field to avoid typos.
If you change your email and you use your email as your user name when signing in, you would need to contact us to set you up with a new login password.
- Tap Update to save any changes you made or Cancel to discard them.
