Telebroad's TeleConsole is available directly from Apple's App Store.


Installation and Removal


Installing the Teleconsole App


Before you begin make sure either a Wi-Fi or a 3G/4G connection is active.

  • Tap the App Store icon to launch it.



  • Tap the Search icon on the bottom right corner and type "Teleconsole" in the search box.

    Tap the Teleconsole icon to open the installation window.

  • Tap the GET button to install it.

    If your phone or tablet support fingerprint scan, you will be asked to approve the installation in this manner.



  • If you have previously installed the app and removed it you may see a cloud button  button instead of the GET button.

  • You can also access the application directly from any web browser on your iOS device with this link:

    (Note that your device may have a security setup that prevents access from web browsers)

  • The TeleConsole app will be downloaded and installed on your mobile device.

    Tap Open to launch it.

Uninstalling the Teleconsole App

There are two ways to remove the installation:


  • Tap and hold the installed TeleConsole icon on the home screen.

    An X symbol will appear at the top-left corner of the icon (as well as any other deletable app).

    Tap the and approve the deletion in the dialog window.

  • Tap Settings and then General and iPhone Storage.

    Your device will compile a list if installed apps, which may take a few moments.

    Scroll down to find TeleConsole, tap it, and then tap Delete App.

    Approve the deletion in the dialog window.


Setup and Password Resetting

The Teleconsole iOS app is preconfigured to work with the Telebroad servers, making setup very straightforward.


  • After launching the app, you will be asked to enter your Teleconsole Username and Password. If you don't have them, please contact us to setup your account.

    Tap SIGN IN to connect to the Telebroad server.



  • Tap Forgot Password? in case you have problems accessing your account.

    Enter your email in the screen that opens and tap RESET PASSWORD.

    Password resetting instructions will be emailed to you at the address you provide. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If the email is not there, try entering it again, making sure you made no typos.



  • The app will now request access to your contacts - that is your personal contacts stored in your device or SIM card. Tap OK to allow this, giving you direct access from the Teleconsole to both your personal and company contacts.

    You can change this selection later in the settings.



  • You may also be asked if you would like to allow the Teleconsole to be used with Siri - the iOS personal assistant. Tap OK to allow this, giving you the option to make calls using Siri.

    You can change this selection later in the settings.

  • You should stay logged in to the TeleConsole to receive real-time communication, updates, and alerts. The TeleConsole uses push notification technology that is economic on battery and data use.

    Still, if you wish you can log Out completely from the TeleConsole. To do so tap the profile icon (or your picture) on the top right and tap Log Out at the bottom of the screen.
