How to Change Your Password?

To change your password you need to tap    on the top-left corner to access your account and then tap Edit Profile.

Changing your password from here is only available if you are already signed in to your account. It is useful if you need to use the TeleConsole on a different device and can't remember your current password.

You can also change your password from sign in screen, as explained here, which would probably be the case if you forgot your password. 



Enter your new password and reenter it in the Confirm Password field to avoid typos.

You can tap  (visibility icon)  in each field to show the passwords as you type them.  


Tap SAVE to apply the changes.

You will now need to sign in to the TeleConsole with the new password
