If you forgot your password or have problems accessing your account, you can access a screen that will help you reset it (if you already signed in to your account you can also change your password from your profile, as explained here.)
Before doing so remember that your password is case sensitive (your user name is not) so you may want to try reentering it with consideration to letter case!
To reset your password launch the TeleConsole app as usual and in the sign-in screen tap the Forgot your password? link.
A screen will open asking you to provide your email address. Enter the email you use with your TeleConsole account and tap EMAIL RESET CODE.
You will be prompted that an email with a reset code has been sent to you. This code identifies and authenticate you and helps prevents accidental or false password reset. Click CONTINUE to confirm prompt and move on to the next screen or GO TO EMAIL to open your default email client.
Copy and paste the code from your email in the Reset code field of the new screen.
You can also click the link in the email to open this screen with the code already inserted in the field. When clicking the link you need to select if to open it with the TeleConsole app or the TeleConsole web version. Either choice is fine.
Enter a new password and reenter it to make sure you made no typos entering it. Click Reset Password.
If all details entered are correct you can now use the new password to sign in.
If you can't see the email from us look in your email's Spam folder. If you still don't see the email try sending it again from the as you may have made a mistake, entering an email that does exist in our database but belongs to someone else.
