What to Do If You Forgot Your Password?


Telebroad Account Password Reset 


Before proceeding remember that your password is case sensitive (your user name is not) so you may want to try reentering it with consideration to letter case!


If you already signed in to your account you can change your password from your profile as explained here.


Otherwise, you can reset your password from the sign-in screen.

Select Sign In With Telebroad and  tap Forgot your password?.


Provide the email address you use with your Telebroad account and tap EMAIL RESET CODE.



You will be prompted that an email with a reset code has been sent to you. This code identifies and authenticates you and helps prevent accidental or false password reset. 


Tap CONTINUE to move to the reset screen or tap GO TO EMAIL to open your default email client. 


Copy and paste the code from your email in the Reset code field.



You can also click the link in the email to have the code inserted in the field. When tapping the link you can select to open it with either the TeleConsole app or with a web browser.



Enter a new password and reenter it to make sure you made no typos. Click RESET or RESET PASSWORD. If all details entered are correct you can now use the new password to sign in. 


If you can't see the email from us
 look in your email's spam folder. If you still don't see the email try sending it again as you may have made a mistake, entering an email that does exist in our database but belongs to someone else.

  • Dial 611 from any Telebroad phone.

Google or Microsoft In and Password Reset

If you don't use a Telebroad account for signing in you can tap Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft to use your Google or Microsoft credentials. A new sign-in screen will open for either method with its own options to recover your sign-in email (a recovery phone number or email has to be registered in your account for that) or resetting your password.


Resetting the password from this screen will affect your entire Google or Microsoft account, and not just your Telebroad account access! You will need to sign in with the new password you create to any Google or Microsoft service you use.
