Call Forwarding

When you will be away from your phone, you can press a button to forward all calls to a specified number.

There are three call forwarding types:

  • Always - forwards all incoming calls

  • No Answer - forwards unanswered calls after a predefined number of rings.

  • Busy - forwards calls if you are already on another call.

To enable various call forwarding using the system menus:

  • Press Setup

  • Use the arrows to navigate to number 6.

  • Select Call Forwarding.

  • Turn on the Call forwarding field with the arrow keys.

  • Scroll to one of the the forwarding types fields -  Forward All Number, Forward Busy Number, Forward No Ans Number.

  • Enter an extension or an external phone number (including any prefix digit that your system requires for an outgoing call) in the selected field.

  • The idle screen will display a message "Call forwarded to" and the number you entered.

  • Press the Set soft key.

To enable call forwarding from the home screen:

  • Press the Forward soft key when the phone is idle.

  • Using this option you can only set an Always forward type.

  • Enter an extension or an external phone number (including any prefix digit that your system requires for an outgoing call) in the FWD All number field.

  • Press the Select key to confirm your selection.

To disable call forwarding:

  • Navigate to the Call Forwarding field as explained above.

  • Delete the extension or external number from the forwarding field you wish to disable using the DelChar soft key.

  • Press the Set soft key.
