If you forgot your password or have problems accessing your account, simply launch the TeleConsole app as usual.
- In the sign-in screen tap the Forgot Password? link.
- A screen will open asking you to provide your email address.
- Enter the email you use with your TeleConsole account and tap MAIL RESET CODE.
Password resetting instructions will be emailed to you at the address you provide. - If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If the email is not there, try entering it again, making sure you made no typos.
