We understand that sometimes a product may not match your needs or expectations. For this reason Telebroad offers 15 days no-questions-asked return/exchange on all items we sell from the day the product is delivered to you.
Obtaining an RMA and Shipping
To make a return or exchange please contact your Telebroad representative with your order number and obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
Products must be shipped back within seven days of obtaining the RMA. An additional seven days may be granted upon request. All shipping costs for the return/exchange are carried by the customer.
Original Packaging and Like-New Condition
Returns/exchanges must be shipped to us in all of the original packaging and include all associated manuals and printed materials, cords, accessories, parts, and other contained items.
Returns/exchanges must be in like-new condition. Telebroad may reject the returned product if the product and/or its packaging are not in like-new condition. In the case of a rejection Telebroad will contact the customer and offer him a choice of having the product shipped back to him.
When processing an exchange, Telebroad will first charge you for the new item on a separate order. Once we receive the exchanged item we will automatically issue a refund for it with your original form of payment. Refunds may take up to eight business days to process. A refund will not be issued in case the exchanged item is not in a like-new condition, in which case the customer can choose to have the product shipped back to him.
