Private Caller ID

  Telebroad system features only work if you have an active Telebroad account! If you don't have one, please contact us to get you started with one of our service plans. Otherwise please contact Yealink support or your current business communication provider for assistance.


Private Caller ID lets you dial someone without him being able to see your name or phone number. Instead, he will see a message saying something like “Private” or “Unknown.”


The dial code shown here works on a per-call basis and you need to redial it before each call where you wish to maintain anonymity.


You can activate or deactivate private caller ID permanently from the in the TeleConsole's mobile general settings (see Android or iOS versions) or directly on the calling screen of the desktop/web versions.

To make a call with a private caller ID:


  • When the phone is idle, enter *67 on the dial pad followed by the number of the intended recipient.

  • Press the button on the phone to call out.
