While the CP930 phone is intended for call conferencing, you can also use it to receive and transfer calls.
You can transfer a call to another party in one of three ways:
- Blind Transfer – transfer a call directly to another party immediately without consulting with her/him first.
- Semi-Attended Transfer – transfer a call when the target phone is ringing.
- Attended Transfer – transfer a call with prior consulting.
Another transfer method, using a Telebroad dial code, allows you to transfer a call directly to a voicemail of your choice.
To perform a blind transfer:
- Tap the Transfer soft key during a call. The call is placed on hold.
- Enter the number you want to transfer to or select a contact from the Directory.
- Tap the Transfer soft key again to complete the transfer.
Tap perform a Semi-Attended/Attended Transfer:
- Tap the Transfer soft key during a call.
- Enter the number you want to transfer to and tap , , or the OK key to dial out.
You can select a contact from the Directory. - Do one of the following:
- When you hear the ringback tone, tap Transfer to finish a semi-attended transfer.
- After the contact answers the call and confirms he wants to receive it, tap Transfer to finish an attended transfer.
- When you hear the ringback tone, tap Transfer to finish a semi-attended transfer.
