How Does Your Mobile Device DND Affect Incoming Calls?

With the TeleConsole installed on your mobile Android phone you now have two separate Do Not Disturb functions the TeleConsole's and your mobile phone's.

Activating DND on the TeleConsole has no effect on receiving calls directed to your mobile number over your cellular network. It just affects calls to your Telebroad account.

But the same is not true in reverse. Depending on your Android setup, activating DND on your mobile device may block incoming calls on your cellular network as well as your TeleConsole calls! (TeleConsole calls will be blocked even if your device doesn't have a SIM.)

The TeleConsole will warn you about this with a banner at the top of the screen.

You will still get notifications about missed calls (unless if you have disabled them). But to receive calls you must turn off DND on your mobile device.

If you are still not receiving calls after deactivating DND, look in the TeleConsole settings and make sure your calls are not being forwarded! You can find more possible causes and solutions for not receiving calls here

Enabling Do Not Disturb on your mobile device has no effect on calls to your regular office phone. Your office phone will keep ringing as usual until you enable Do Not Disturb on it separately with the phone's own settings.
