Accessing the Yealink CP860 Web User Interface

The guides for the Yealink CP860 in this support section shows you how to access features directly from the phone's user interface. For more advanced features or ease of access, you can also customize your phone via web user interface.

In order to access the web user interface, you need to know the IP address of your new phone. To obtain the IP address, press the OK key on the phone when the phone is idle.

Enter the IP address in the address bar of a web browser on your computer or mobile device:

  • For example  http://192.168.0.10 or 192.168.0.10 for the IPv4 protocol.

  • For example  http://[2005:1:1:1:215:65ff:fe64:6e0a] or [2005:1:1:1:215:65ff:fe64:6e0a] for IPv6 protocol.

When prompted, enter the administrator user name and password and click Confirm. The default values are both “admin” (case-sensitive).

Adblock Plus plugin installed on your web browser may block  access to the Advanced  Account or Network settings via web user interface. You will have to disable the plugin temporarily to access these features.
