All Yealink phone models have three call transfer options. Attended Transfer – allows you to talk to the intended receiver of the call to see that he wishes to accept it. Semi-Attended – transfer a call when the target phone is ringing. Blind transfer – make the transfer without consulting the intended receiver.
Another handy option is a system feature that allows you to transfer a caller directly to a colleague’s voicemail, where he can leave his details and inquiry.
To perform a transfer to voicemail:
- During a call press the Transfer button or soft key on your phone.
- press 8 on the dial pad followed by the extension of the intended recipient.
For example, if the extension is 101 dial 8101.
- Press the Transfer button or soft key to complete the transfer.
