Do Not Disturb
You can use the Do Not Disturb feature to reject incoming calls automatically when you do not want to be interrupted. Calls received while DND is enabled will be logged in the Missed Calls list.
To enable DND do one of the following:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the control center and tap
(DND) to turn DND on. - Access the Control Center by swiping down from the top of the screen or by tapping
on the bottom of the idle screen. Select Features>DND (on the CP965 tap Settings first.)
Enable DND Status and tap
. - Tap DND during a call.
When DND is enabled, your phone prompts “DND mode is enabled” and 
appears on the status bar.
Incoming calls will are rejected automatically and "n New Missed Call(s)" ("n" indicates the number of missed calls. e.g., 1 New Missed Call(s)) will appear on the screen.
To disable DND do one of the following:
- Tap Exit DND mode from the idle screen.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to access the control center menu and tap (DND) to turn DND off.
- Access the Control Center by swiping down from the top of the screen or by tapping
on the bottom of the idle screen. Select Features>DND (on the CP965 tap Settings first.)
Disable DND Status.
Tap to accept the change.
Authorized Numbers Configuration
DND is configurable via the web user interface at the path Features>Forward & DND.
Here you can list authorized numbers that the phone will accept calls from even when DND is enabled.
To configure the DND authorized numbers:
- Access the web user interface as described here.
- Click on Features>Forward & DND.
- Select Enabled from the drop-down DND Emergency option.
- Enter the numbers in the DND Authorized Numbers field.
For multiple numbers, enter a comma between every two numbers.
- Click Confirm to accept the change.
When DND is enabled, the phone will still receive incoming calls from the numbers specified in the DND Authorized Numbers field.
Instead of rejecting all calls with DND you can reject calls manually as needed. Calls that are rejected this way are listed in the Received Calls list.
To reject a call manually simply tap Reject while the call rings.
Silent Mode
Silent mode is another option you can use to ignore calls when you don't want to be disturbed.
When silent mode is enabled, the phone doesn't ring when receiving an incoming call, but still displays the incoming call information.
Note that while the mode is enabled, the phone also does not produce any key, touch, or notification sounds.
To enable silent mode do one of the following:
- Access the Control Center by swiping down from the top of the screen or by tapping
on the bottom of the idle screen. Select Basic>Sound (on the CP965 tap Settings first.) - Turn on Silent Mode and then tap
. - Long tap the left Volume touch key (labeled
) to decrease the ringer volume to the minimum. - Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap
(Silent).
