A Cloned Extension saves you money by doubling the potential of your existing Telebroad account. When subscribing to the service Telebroad will allow you to take your existing extension and duplicate of it on another device. Both extensions literally now share the same settings and one Telebroad account.
When this is put into effect the extensions will have the following behavior:
- Inbound calls will ring both devices simultaneously, allowing you to pick up a call on either one.
- For the purpose of outbound calls, each device acts as a separate phone line. That means you can make two completely different calls to two different destinations at the same time.
Cloned extensions subscriptions are charged at full price for the original extension and at 50% of that for the cloned extension. It is only possible to have one cloned extension per account.
