Telebroad's Voicemail to Email frees users from depending solely on their office phones for accessing voice messages.
The feature enables users to access voice messages from any email account. Voicemails are delivered to a specified email address set by the user as MP3 attachment that can be saved, archived, or emailed to other parties (the same Voicemails are still delivered to the user's physical phone or his TeleConsole app.)
To help manage messages, each voicemail's email comes with a link that allows the message to be deleted from the phone system. Read more about Voicemail to Email here (the link refers to a Polycom model, but works on all brands.)
Users can also access their voicemails (as well as faxes, chats, and call logs) from anywhere they have Internet access simply by logging into the TeleConsole web interface.
