Telebroad's Voicemail to Email feature enables users to have voicemail messages delivered to their inbox as MP3 attachments. Not only this allow users to have convenient remote access to their voicemails, but it also lets them easily download, archive, or share voicemails with other parties.
Voicemails are still delivered to the user's physical phone or TeleConsole account. To help manage messages and avoid duplicates, each voicemail email comes with a link for deleting it from the phone system.
The Voicemail to Email feature is enabled in the Admin Center. Read more about it here (the article refers to a Poly phone model, but works on all phone brands.)
Users can also remotely access their voicemails with a dial code or with the mobile or web versions of the TeleConsole.
