Redialing Numbers
You can redial the recent number you called or redial a number from the redial list that stores the last twenty phone numbers you called.
To redial a number:
- Press twice when the handset is idle to place a call to your last dialed number.
- Press once when the handset is idle to access the redial list.
- Select a record and press to dial out.
- Before placing an external call, you can select Options>Edit to edit the phone number.
Managing the Redial List
You can add an external number from the dial list to the local directory or update the number for an existing contact. You can also delete records from the redial list.
To add a dialed number to local directory:
- Press when the handset is idle to access the redial list.
- Highlight the desired record.
- Press Options and then select Add To Local>New Entry.
You can select Add To Local > Update Existing to add the number to an existing contact or update the existing contact information. - Edit the contact's information fields as needed.
- Press Save to confirm the action.
To delete records from the redial list:
- Press when the handset is idle to access the redial list.
- Do one of the following:
- To delete all records select Options > Delete All.
- Highlight a desired record.
Press Options and select Delete.
- To delete all records select Options > Delete All.
- Select Yes to confirm the action.
