Yealink CP930 (Discontinued) – Call Forwarding

For the CP930 replacement please refer to the user guides for the Yealink CP935W.


When you are not available to handle incoming calls, you can forward them to a specific contact.


If DND is active on the phone, incoming calls will not be forwarded even if the No answer Forward feature is enabled.


You can also forward calls using a Telebroad system feature code as described here.


To forward incoming calls:


  • Navigate to Menu>Features>Call Forward.

  • Select the desired forwarding type and enable it.

    • Always Forward  forwards all incoming calls.

    • Busy Forward  forwards incoming calls when you are on another call.

    • No Answer Forward  forwards all unanswered incoming calls.

  • Enter the destination number in the Target field.

  • If you selected No Answer Forward, select the desired ring time to wait before forwarding a call from the After Ring Time field.

  • Select Save.

The status bar displays the forwarding icon () and incoming calls will be forwarded to the destination number you selected according to the forwarding type.
