If you are a Telebroad user, the following is an overview of available resources to get you started.
TeleConsole
As a user, your main software tool will be Telebroad's TeleConsole. It is available as mobile, desktop, or web apps. See Android user guides/FAQ, iOS user guides/FAQ, and Desktop/Web user guides and FAQ.
The TeleConsole provides you with a personal control panel to track, monitor, and manage all of your daily communications. You can make, receive, and access calls, messages, voicemails, faxes, and contacts. It also provides logs with specific details about call history, length of calls, and customer information.
The TeleConsole's PBX functionality connects you with other users in your organization by manually dialing their extensions or phone lines or by simply clicking their details.
Additionally, you can use the Team and Direct Chat feature (currently only available on the desktop/web versions) to enhance office messaging communication and exchange text messages, files, and voice notes with other users.
Managing your TeleConsole Account
Some basic aspects of your TeleConsole account can be managed in the TeleConsole's profile screen, but for everything else you would use the Admin Center. Access it at https://account.telebroad.com with the same credentials as your TeleConsole.
Once you sign in you can manage your profile, extensions and lines, direct phone numbers, call forwarding, call notifications, voicemail notifications, mailbox settings, and more. You can also block anonymous calls (without a caller ID) and enable remote access on your lines.
All of these options are discussed in these two articles.
