What to Do If You Forgot Your Password? (Profile or Sign-In Screen Reset)

If you forgot your password you can reset it from either the SIGN IN screen or from the Profile screen. 


Before doing so remember that your password is case sensitive (your user name is not) so you may want to try reentering it with consideration to letter case!


Resetting your Password from the Sign In Screen


TeleConsole Account Password Reset

If you forgot your password launch the TeleConsole and click the Forgot your password? link on the Sign In screen. 


A screen will open asking you to provide your email address. Enter the email you use with your TeleConsole account and click RESET PASSWORD.


You will be prompted that an email with a reset code has been sent to you. This code identifies and authenticate you and helps prevents accidental or false password reset.



Copy and paste the code from your email in the Reset code field of the new screen.  You can also click the link in the email to open this screen with the code already inserted in the field.


Enter a new password and reenter it to make sure you made no typos entering it. Click Reset Password.


If all details entered are correct you can now use the new password to sign in.

If you can't see the email from us look in your email's Spam folder. If you still don't see the email try sending it again from the as you may have made a mistake, entering an email that does exist in our database but belongs to someone else.

Google or Office 365 Account Password Reset


If you sign in to your account with Google or Microsoft credentials, click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Office 365. A new sign-in screen will open for either method with its own options to recover your email (a recovery phone number or email has to be registered in your account for that) or reset your password. 


Resetting the password from this screen will affect your entire Google or Microsoft account, and not just your Telebroad account! You will need to sign in with the new password you create to any Google or Microsoft service you use.




Resetting your Password from the Profile Screen


Resetting your password from the Profile screen is available only if you are already signed in to the TeleConsole. This is useful if you need to use the TeleConsole on a different device and can't remember your current password.


To reset your password access your profile by clicking the icon with the initial of your name ( in the example shown below.) on the top-right corner of the screen.


Click Edit Profile to open a window for profile editing. 


Click RESET MY PASSWORD. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent you. If you don't see it look for it in your spam folder.

After resetting your password you will have to sign in to the TeleCosnole with the new password.
