Telebroad system features only work if you have an active Telebroad account! If you don't have one, please contact us to get you started with one of our service plans. Otherwise please contact Yealink support or your current business communication provider for assistance.
With this feature, you can grab a call that is ringing on another phone in the office and answer it on your phone — if you and the user of the other phone are assigned to the same Pickup Group.
This feature is turned off by default and needs to be enabled by creating a Pickup Group in the Telebroad Admin Center. Contact your phone system administrator or Telebroad to have this set up.
To grab an incoming call:
- When you hear a call on another phone that you wish to answer, and is on the same Pickup Group as you, press ** on your own phone.
- Your phone will ring and you can pick up the receiver to answer the call.
