Caller-ID Routing allows you to distinguish important clients by letting them skip the auto-attendant and queues and connects directly to whomever is most suitable to assist them.
When activated, the system scans a list of numbers and compares it the caller ID of an incoming calls. If there is a match, the call is immediately routed to a destination associated with the number — a department, an extension, a queue, a voicemail, or even an agent's mobile phone.
