Call History

Call History is a chronological log of the calls you made, received, or did not answer. Tapping a record gives you access to various call actions.

Access it by tapping    at the bottom of the screen, which is available from anywhere in the TeleConsole.




Call history logs are also available for selecting a number when you transfer or add a call. See the Call Screen options for more details.


Each call record has the full caller ID of the caller (if available, otherwise just his number) and the date or time of the call. Visually the calls are marked as follows:

INCOMING - calls you receivedLeft pointing green arrow
OUTGOING - calls you madeRight pointing green arrow
MISSED - calls you didn't answerRed arrow

Call Actions


Tap any listed call, and an action screen will open.


  • Tap    to call the listed phone number (that is the caller ID of  either the outbound, inbound, or missed call). The call out window will open with the number already typed in.

  • Tap    (chat) to send a text message to the listed phone number (that is the caller ID of either the outbound, inbound, or missed call). The SMS window will open with the number already typed in.


  • Tap   (fax) to send a fax message to the listed phone number (that is the caller ID of either the outbound, inbound, or missed call). The fax window will open with the number already typed in.

  • Tap   (contacts) to open and display the contact's information based on the caller ID of the caller or recipient.
     

    If the contact does not exist in your contact book, the icon will have a plus next to it -
    .When you tap it, you will be prompted to Create New Contact or Add to Existing. If creating a new contact you can either add it to your phone's contacts or to the TeleConsole's.

Searching Call History


Tap    to open a search window. Start typing numbers or names and matching log entries will be displayed on the fly. Tap the X on the right side to enter a new search term.
