There are three ways you can forward calls. You can forward an incoming call while the phone rings, forward all incoming calls automatically, or divert calls from a specific contact to another contact.
Call forwarding can also be enabled on your phone using system dial codes.
Call forwarding can also be set up for your account from the different versions of the TeleConsole app. See the relevant TeleConsole articles for Android, iOS, and Windows/macOS/Web.
Forwarding All Calls Automatically
Once you configure automatic call forwarding it remains active until you disable it.
To forward all call Automatically:
- Do one of the following:
- From the Home view select Forward.
- Select Settings from the Home view, and select Features>Forward.
- If your phone is idle, press Forward from Lines view.
- From the Home view select Forward.
- If your phone is set up with multiple lines, select the line to apply forwarding to.
- From the Forwarding Type Select screen, select:
- Always – to forward all incoming calls.
- No Answer – to forward all unanswered incoming calls.
- Busy – to forward calls that arrive when you’re already on a call.
- Always – to forward all incoming calls.
- Enter the forwarding number, and select Enable.
- If you selected the No Answer option, you can enter the number of rings before your phone forwards the call. A value of 2 is recommended.
- The forwarding number you chose displays in the status bar, as shown next. In this example, the line is forwarded to 2327.
If a phone line is idle, the Lines view displays the forwarding icon next to the phone line.
To disable forwarding for all calls:
- From the Home view, select Forward.
- If your phone is set up with multiple lines, select the line to disable forwarding for.
- From the Forwarding Type Select screen select Disable.

To forward an incoming call to another person:

- From the Call Forwarding screen, enter the forwarding number, and press Forward again.
