Yealink CP930 (Discontinued) – Anonymous Calling

For the CP930 replacement please refer to the user guides for the Yealink CP935W.

You can use the anonymous call feature to block your identify and phone number from appearing to the recipient. Note that some phones can automatically block anonymous calls. If you can't reach a contact you can try disabling anonymous calling.

You can also select an Unknown or Blocked caller ID in the TeleConsole's general or phone settings (see Web, Android, or iOS versions) or use Telebroad's Private Caller ID dial code to achieve the same result.

To enable anonymous calling:

  • Navigate to Menu>Features>Anonymous Call.

  • Select Enabled from the Status field.

  • Select Save.

Any call you place will appear to the recipient as coming from an anonymous caller. Depending on his phone,  his screen may display a message saying "Anonymous", "Unknown caller", "Blocked number", "No caller ID", etc.

Repeat the above steps but select Disabled when you want to stop the anonymous calling feature.
