Forwarding Calls

You can configure your phone so that all incoming calls are forwarded to another party, refereed to as Static Forwarding. 

 

You can also forward calls while your phone rings, refereed to as Dynamic Forwarding.


All incoming calls can be forwarded to another party while Do Not Disturb is  enabled on your phone. 

 

To perform a static forwarding:


If multiple lines are configured on your phone, first select the line to forward using Up and Down.
 

  • Do one of the following steps:

    • Press Menu and select Features > Forward...

    • Press the Forward soft key from the idle display.

  • Enter a number to forward all future incoming calls to.

  • Select the Enable soft key to confirm call forwarding.

  • A moving arrow appears on the line label to confirm call forwarding is enabled.

To disable call forwarding: 


  • If multiple lines are configured on your phone, first select the line to forward from the list using Up and Down.

  • Do one of the following steps:

    • Press Menu and select Features > Forward...

    • Press the Forward soft key from the idle display.

  • Press the Disable soft key.

  • The idle screen returns, the regular icon appears as the line indicator.

To perform a dynamic forwarding:


  •  When your phone rings, press the Forward soft key.

  • Enter a number to forward the incoming call to.

  • Press the Enable soft key.

    The incoming call is forwarded to the other party.

    This apply only for the specific incoming call - If call forwarding is disabled, all future calls will not be forwarded and forwarding will remain disabled.
