Call Transfer (Attended and Semi-Attended)

You can transfer a call to another party in one of three ways:

  • Blind Transfer (see separate article) - transfer a call directly to another party without consulting.

  • Semi-Attended Transfer - transfer a call when the target phone is ringing.

  • Attended Transfer - transfer a call with prior consulting.

Another transfer method, using Telebroad's system features, allows you to transfer a call directly to a voicemail of your choice.

For any transfer method to work properly the transfer mode via Dsskey need to be configured as New Call or Attended Transfer. Please consult your phone system administrator about this if you are experiencing issues with call transfers.
