Multiple Numbers for Ad Campeigns


Telebroad's cloud PBX system comes with an option of multiple phone numbers that can be routed to your main number. The routing is completely automatic and new numbers can be easily generated or removed.

The original dialed number's information is preserved and provided (along with the caller ID of the client) to your call agents. This makes for an efficient analysis tool for tracking ad campaigns popularity and comparing their effectiveness. By listing different phone numbers on various media outlets, you can determine which outlet generated the greatest response, adjusting your advertising budget accordingly.

This is also helpful to your agents as they don't have to second-guess the reason for a call and can provide a more appropriate greeting and information, increasing the likelihood of a sale.
