With the TeleConsole installed on your mobile Android phone you now have two separate Do Not Disturb functions - the TeleConsole's and your mobile phone's.
Activating DND on the TeleConsole has no effect on receiving calls directed to your mobile number over your cellular network. It just affects calls to your Telebroad account.
But the same is not true in reverse. Depending on your Android setup, activating your phone's own DND may block both incoming calls on your cellular network as well as your TeleConsole calls!
You will still get notifications about missed calls (unless if you have disabled notifications for the TeleConsole). But to receive calls you must turn off DND on your mobile phone.
If you are still not receiving calls after deactivating DND, look in the TeleConsole settings and make sure your calls are not being forwarded!
