When receiving a new voice mail, the phone will play a warning tone and prompt with an “n New Voice Mail(s)” message (“n” indicates the number of unread voice mails, e.g., 42 New Voice Mail(s).)
Before listening to voice mails, you need to make sure the voice mail access code has been configured properly. Alternatively you can use the Telebroad system dial code to listen to your voicemail from your phone or remotely.
To configure the voice mail access code:
- Swipe left or right to go to the second idle screen.
- Select
to launch Message.
- Select Set Voice Mail Code.
- Enter *1 (the voice mail access code) in the desired account field.

To listen to voice mails do one of the following:
- Swipe left or right to go to the second idle screen.
Selectto launch Message.
Select View Voice Mail.
The screen displays the amount of new and old voice mails on each line. Tap the relevant line to listen to voice mails. - When the phone prompts of a new voice mail, you can press
or select Connect.
