Voicemail Access and Configuration

When receiving a new voice mail, the phone will play a warning tone and  prompt with an “n New Voice Mail(s)” message (“n” indicates the number of unread voice mails, e.g., 42 New Voice Mail(s).)


Before listening to voice mails, you need to make sure the voice mail access code has been configured properly. Alternatively you can use the Telebroad system dial code to listen to your voicemail from your phone or remotely


To configure voice mail access code:

  • Select Menu from the idle screen and navigate Message > Voice Mail > Set Voice Mail Code.

    You can also press    if the voice mail code is not yet configured.

  • Enter *1 (the voice mail access code) in the desired account field.

  • Select Save.

To listen to voice mails do one of the following:


  • Select Menu from the idle screen and navigate to Message > Voice Mail > View Voice Mail.

    The screen displays the amount of new and old voice mails.

    Highlight an account, and then select Connect.

  • When the phone prompts of a new voice mail, you can press   or select Connect.
