Account Sign-In, 2FA, and Password Reset


Sign In and Password Reset


Once you installed and launched the TeleConsole or accessed it from a browser you can enter your Telebroad User Name and PasswordYour password is case-sensitive but your user name is not. Click the SIGN IN button to proceed.


Two-Factor Authentication


If two-factor authentication (2FA) has been enabled by an administrator, an additional security step will prompt you to select an email address where a six-digit authentication code will be sent. Enter this code on the following screen to complete the authentication process.

You can receive the code on any email address associated with any of your Telebroad accounts (if you have more than one) and can click Switch method to select an alternate address.


  2FA is enabled or disabled globally for all users and cannot be applied to individual users. If 2FA is disabled but you wish to have additional security for your TeleConsole account, activate 2FA on your Google or Microsoft accounts and sign in using these methods (see below).



Password Reset


If your Telebroad credentials are not accepted, click the Forgot your password? link and provide the email address for your account. Password resetting instructions will be delivered to this address. See more details about password resetting here.



Google or Office 365 Credentials and Password Reset


Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Office 365 to use your Google or Microsoft credentials. A new sign-in screen will open for either method with its own options to recover your sign-in email (a recovery phone number or email has to be registered in your account for that) or resetting your password.


   Signing in with Google or Office 365 has the advantage of giving you access to your Google or Outlook/Office 365 account contacts directly in the TeleConsole.  

Resetting the password from this screen will affect your entire Google or Microsoft account, and not just your Telebroad account! You will need to sign in with the new password you create to any Google or Microsoft service you use.
